Part Time Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and recording supplier and customer invoices, overseeing the complete process of receiving, verifying and documenting invoices from suppliers and customers.
Ensuring transactions are accurately logged and reconciled in the accounting system for efficient financial management.
Ensuring smooth transactions and accurate financial records, processing payments and receipts.
Monitoring and updating accounting systems to guarantee the accuracy of financial data entry.
Proactively identifying and following up on outstanding payments, collaborating with customers to resolve any issues, and assisting in collection efforts to maintain healthy cash flow for the business.
Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and company policies by preparing and submitting accurate financial reports and documentation.
