We are seeking a proactive Protection Insurance Helpdesk Advisor (non-sales) to assist brokers and advisers by providing guidance on eligibility criteria and policy suitability. This role requires a customer-focused individual with a strong understanding of protection insurance products, ensuring that brokers receive accurate technical support to help their clients secure the right coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide inbound support to members, utilising your knowledge of protection products, providers, quoting portals, research tools, underwriting, and both new and existing business processes.
- Ensure advisers receive accurate and timely information while assisting in process improvements that align with business needs.
- Demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of compliance requirements, handle queries efficiently, and maximise sales opportunities while upholding ethical standards.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, sharing insights that benefit both members and business objectives.
- Provide coverage and support for team members as needed to achieve shared service goals.
- Take on additional duties as required to meet departmental and organisational objectives.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Proven background in delivering exceptional customer service and managing client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills, along with an investigative and ethical approach to handling client needs and compliance requirements.
