We're looking for a Insurance Helpdesk Advisor to join our clients team that support financial advisers across a growing network. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and learning new things. You'll be supporting advisers with protection-related queries, helping them navigate products, providers and processes while delivering a high level of service. You do not need previous experience within protection products as full training and the opportunity to work towards recognised qualifications will be provided.
