We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our busy office team. In this permanent role, you’ll manage customer complaints as part of a wider customer service remit, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound complaints from customers, providing clear, professional and timely communication.
- Investigate complaints and liaise with internal teams to reach appropriate resolutions.
