We’re looking for an organised and proactive Maintenance Scheduler / Planner to join a busy facilities management team. You’ll take ownership of planning and scheduling maintenance works across multiple sites, making sure both planned and reactive jobs are completed efficiently and on time. This is a planning and coordination role, not a hands‑on technical position.
What you’ll do:
- Plan and schedule PPM and reactive maintenance works
- Coordinate in-house engineers and external subcontractors
- Ensure all jobs are booked, attended and closed correctly on CAFM systems
- Act as a key contact for clients, engineers and suppliers
- Track progress, handle queries and manage escalations or complaints
- Support junior coordinators and maintain consistent service standards
- Keep compliance records, job statuses and performance data up to date
- Assist with SLA, KPI and service delivery reporting
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in maintenance scheduling, planning, FM coordination or a similar role
- Strong understanding of hard FM and PPM scheduling
- Confident communicator on the phone and via email
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and CAFM systems
- Highly organised, calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm
