A busy emergency call-out service is looking for a motivated Inbound Sales Advisor to join their team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support customers with plumbing, electrical and gas emergencies by connecting them quickly to trusted contractors.
What you’ll do:
- Handle inbound calls from customers reporting emergency issues.
- Take accurate details of the problem and arrange for a qualified contractor to attend the property.
- Ensure a professional and calm approach when dealing with customers under pressure.
What we’re looking for:
- Friendly, confident, and customer-focused, with strong communication skills.
- Calm under pressure and able to provide excellent service during emergency situations.
- Comfortable working a Thursday to Saturday shift pattern, between 7am and 9pm.
