We’re excited to be working with a well-established and respected commercial estate agency in Altrincham, as they look to welcome a Property Administrator to their growing team.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background who is highly organised, proactive, and keen to develop a career in the property sector. You’ll support a busy team of agents handling commercial property sales, ensuring everything behind the scenes runs efficiently and professionally.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing administrative support to the commercial sales team, managing property files, listings and key documentation.
- Preparing and formatting marketing materials, property brochures and sales reports.
- Managing enquiries from buyers and vendors, booking viewings and keeping records updated.
- Coordinating the sales process from instruction to completion, liaising with solicitors, surveyors and clients.
- Uploading property details to portals and updating the CRM system with accuracy.
