Tired of high street churn or feeling like just another fee earner? This is your chance to join a growing, modern law firm that values its people as much as its clients. We’re working with a forward thinking practice that partners with national estate agents, leading corporates and a strong private client base. You’ll handle quality work rather than endless volume, with the autonomy to run your own caseload and the backing of a well structured support model. The firm operates with dedicated teams in place, including a New Business Team that manages client care, payments on account and AML identity checks, a Post Completions Team and Relationship and Account Managers. This structure allows fee earners to focus on progressing files and delivering a great client experience.
Why You’ll Love It
- Competitive salary plus generous monthly bonus
- Genuine career progression as the firm continues to expand
- Fully remote working with a supportive and approachable culture
- Recognition and rewards for people who contribute to the firm’s success
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing your own caseload of sales and purchase transactions from instruction to completion
- Handling lease extensions and remortgages if experienced, though this isn’t essential
- Working closely with a collaborative team that values quality and professionalism
- Using streamlined case management systems designed to make your role easier
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience running a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced fee earner
- Confident with technology and case management systems
- Organised, proactive and able to manage workload without cutting corners
Ready to Make a Move? If you’re looking for a role where you can focus on quality work, develop your career and still enjoy life outside the office, we’d love to hear from you.
