We’re representing a modern and ambitious law firm who are looking to strengthen their residential property team with an experienced Conveyancer. This is a great chance to join a supportive practice where quality work, client service and staff wellbeing really matter.
The Role You’ll be running your own caseload of residential property matters, dealing with transactions from start to finish. Files will cover everything from sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold) to plot sales and new build developments. Alongside the day-to-day, you’ll also have the opportunity to get involved in mentoring junior team members and contributing to the wider growth of the department.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
- At least 3 years’ experience handling residential property matters independently
- Confident in managing files from instruction to completion
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and processes
- Organised, commercially minded and client-focused
- Keen to play a part in business development and building long-term relationships
