We are supporting an established financial services business looking to add to their onboarding and operations team based in Sale. This is a brilliant opportunity for somebody who enjoys administration, process coordination and working in a structured, regulated environment, while also wanting genuine long‑term progression and development.

The role focuses on supporting the onboarding of new financial advisers and firms, managing applications end to end, completing due diligence checks and working closely with compliance and operational teams to ensure a smooth onboarding journey.

Key responsibilities:
  • Progressing onboarding applications through each stage of the process
  • Carrying out due diligence checks and gathering documentation
  • Supporting regulatory approval processes
  • Liaising with compliance, risk and training teams
  • Maintaining accurate records and internal systems
  • Supporting reporting, tracking and operational improvements
