Bookkeeper – Part Time – 20 hours/week We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Bookkeeper to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded in a timely manner. This role is crucial in supporting the financial health of our organisation and requires a strong understanding of accountingprinciples and software. Property Letting business based in South Manchester. Duties Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable. Prepare and process invoices, ensuring timely payments to suppliers. Reconcile bank statements and ensure that all discrepancies are resolved promptly. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and forecasts. Utilise Xero to manage financial data effectively and implement Xero Projects Office based Qualifications Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role within an accounting environment. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software Xero Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
