Ready to make a big impact—without a huge caseload or direct BT supervision? At Connections (just “Connections” to our people), we believe in empowering people who empower students. We\’re currently hiring a BCBA to provide consultative support to local school teams. This isn’t a direct service or supervision-heavy role—it’s about partnering with schools to help them build capacity and confidence in supporting their students.
This position is perfect for the BCBA who thrives on collaboration, values clinical autonomy, and wants to make a strategic difference—without drowning in paperwork or managing a team of techs.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with school staff and stakeholders to support students with diverse behavioral and learning needs.
- Conduct assessments, review data, and create practical strategies that school teams can implement with success.
- Provide coaching, training, and consultation—not supervision—to school-based staff.
- Attend IEP and team meetings as a trusted behavior support expert.
- Help build school capacity to support all learners—sustainably and ethically.
What You’ll Need
- Active BCBA certification (Required)
- Master\’s degree in ABA, Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong experience in or passion for school-based consultation
- A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
- The ability to work independently while staying connected to a supportive clinical team
