We are currently recruiting for a part‑time People Services Coordinator to join our small, friendly team.

About the Service

The People Services team plays a vital role in ensuring our colleagues have the support, tools and opportunities they need to thrive. From recruitment and onboarding to employee wellbeing, development and people advice, we work collaboratively across the organisation to create a positive employee experience and help our services make a lasting difference to the people we support.

The Impact You Will Have

You will play a key role in delivering an efficient and people‑focused service that supports colleagues throughout their employment journey. From recruitment and onboarding to training, payroll and employee records, your work will help ensure our people have the support they need to succeed. The work you do behind the scenes enables our frontline colleagues to change lives.

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 15 hours per week, across 2 – 3 days

Salary: £27,418 – £28,541 per annum, pro rata, dependent on experience. Please note the salary shown is the full time equivalent.

Location: Hybrid working. You'll primarily work from home, with attendance at one of our offices at least once every fortnight. Regular travel will be required across our offices in Milton Keynes, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire for team meetings, training and other business needs.

About You

You will be passionate about people and committed to delivering an excellent service to colleagues and managers. As part of a small and supportive team, you will enjoy working collaboratively, building positive relationships and making a difference behind the scenes. You will be organised, approachable and non‑judgemental, with a genuine desire to support others and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

You will bring:

  • CIPD Level 3 qualification, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • Previous experience within an HR, People Services or Finance role.
  • Ability to coordinate a range of administrative activities, maintain accurate records and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
  • Experience of HR systems, payroll administration, or related people processes.
  • Good IT skills, including experience of using databases, systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience of producing reports and maintaining workforce data.
  • The ability to build positive working relationships and provide a responsive, customer‑focused service to colleagues and managers.
