The impact you will have
As a Case Worker, you will provide person-centred support to households at risk of homelessness, helping them develop the skills, confidence, and knowledge needed to maintain their accommodation and improve their financial wellbeing. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting clients to improve budgeting skills, manage debt, maximise income, and sustain their tenancy.
- Developing personalised support plans and helping clients work towards their goals.
- Providing practical advice and emotional support to help clients navigate challenging circumstances.
- Supporting clients to access housing, welfare benefits, community resources, and other services.
- Working collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure clients receive coordinated support.
- Delivering support in clients' homes, community settings, and Connection Support offices.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a genuine difference in people's lives. Through early intervention and practical support, you will help people avoid homelessness, increase their independence, and build a more secure future for themselves and their families.
