Connection At Stmartins in London is recruiting a Day Support Worker for a new 24-hour supported housing service in Wandsworth, part of a six-month pilot, supporting 15 residents experiencing homelessness and severe disadvantage.
You will lead the day-to-day running, provide direct support, and help residents access services and activities. The role includes a 7-day rota with shifts 07:45–20:15, and hybrid working where role requirements allow.
