The Connection at St Martin’s is recruiting for a Street Engagement Team Leader in London to oversee outreach and in-reach work with people experiencing street homelessness. You will lead a compassionate team, foster trauma-informed and coproduced approaches, and build partnerships to extend support services.
You will work to recruit and develop staff, ensure high-quality service delivery, and champion flexible working arrangements where possible, while aligning with the organisation’s values.
