Daylight Women’s Day Centre, part of The Connection at St Martin’s, seeks a Service Manager to lead a new service for women experiencing homelessness in central London. You will supervise staff and volunteers, set up and pilot the Daylight service, and ensure safe, supportive environments for clients.
You will champion trauma-informed care, coproduction and collaborative partnerships while balancing competing priorities to deliver high-quality support and pathways to accommodation.
