You will support us in strengthening our visibility and positioning to attract meaningful partnerships, collaborative opportunities, and funding, while enhancing how we engage and connect with our target audiences.Responsibilities Amplifying Voices of Marginalised Communities by crafting and executing strategic marketing campaigns to raise awareness of the stories of marginalised groups and individuals who may not have a platform elsewhere.Expanding the Organisation\βs Reach and Influence by playing a key role in expanding the reach of Connecting Stories\β programmes, events, and initiatives.Supporting Community Engagement and Advocacy by designing and implementing campaigns that drive increased participation in Connecting Stories\β initiatives, whether through attending events, engaging with content online, or supporting fundraising campaigns.Strengthening Brand and Messaging Consistency by ensuring that Connecting Stories\β messaging is clear, consistent, and compelling across all channels.Building Partnerships for Long-Term Impact by helping establish strategic partnerships that create new opportunities for collaboration, resource-sharing, and funding.Contributing to Positive Social Change by promoting a cause that challenges narratives, sparks conversations, and inspires action for a better future.Enhancing Organisational Growth and Sustainability by increasing the organisation\βs capacity to engage in long-term, impactful work.Required Skills And Experience Extensive Marketing Experience 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in both digital and traditional marketing strategies. Experience with nonprofit marketing is a plus.Campaign Management Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, including content creation, paid media, email marketing, and social media management.Content Creation Strong writing and editing skills for a variety of content types, including social media posts, blogs, newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials.Social Media Expertise Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and tools to grow engagement and track performance.Branding Ability to develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across multiple channels.Analytical Skills Strong experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, email campaign platforms, etc.) to track and report on campaign performance.Project Management Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering quality work.Passion for Impact A passion for social impact, storytelling, and using marketing to support a cause.What will you be doing?
