We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Impact, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Lead to oversee how we track, measure, and communicate the impact of our programmes and events.
What you will be doing
In this role, you will coordinate impact measurement across different workstreams, monitor progress at various stages of our projects, and translate data into clear reports and presentations that inform decision-making and showcase our impact to stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and implement simple, effective frameworks to track programme impact
- Monitor progress across different stages of projects and events
- Ensure consistent data collection across workshops, bootcamps, and community activities
- Work closely with programme and events teams to embed evaluation into delivery
Impact Measurement & Data Collection
- Develop surveys, feedback forms, and data collection tools
- Oversee the collection of both qualitative and quantitative data
- Ensure data is organised, accurate, and easy to analyse
- Track key metrics such as participation, engagement, outcomes, and satisfaction
Reporting & Insights
- Analyse data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
- Produce clear, engaging quarterly reports, impact summaries, and insight briefs
- Create presentation decks to communicate impact to stakeholders, partners, and funders
- Translate data into compelling stories that demonstrate the organisation’s value
Continuous Improvement
- Provide recommendations to improve programme quality and effectiveness
- Support teams in using data to inform decision-making
- Help refine future programmes based on evidence and insights
Skills And Experience
- Experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, research, data analysis, or impact measurement
- Ability to analyse and interpret data clearly
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, or presentation decks
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience working with programmes, events, or nonprofits (preferred)
