We are looking for a motivated Programmes Lead to support the planning, coordination, and evaluation of our programmes and events, with at least 3 years experience in Event & programme Management.

  • Help coordinate logistical and administrative aspects of events with the team.

Event and programme support

  • Assist with the delivery of events, including preparation, coordination, and follow-up activities.
  • Support the organization of at least two major events per year (e.g., webinars, bootcamps, or community events).
  • Help manage event feedback forms and surveys, ensuring they are prepared in advance and completed by participants during or after events.

Monitoring and improvement

  • Support the collection and organization of programme feedback and evaluation data.
  • Assist the team in reviewing insights from feedback to improve future programmes.
  • Contribute ideas to help strengthen programme quality and community engagement.
