About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Programmes Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, execution and evaluation of our programmes and events in Bedford, with at least 3 years experience in Programme Management.

- Help coordinate logistical and administrative aspects of events with the team.
Event and programme support
- Assist with the delivery of events, including preparation, coordination, and follow-up activities.
- Support the organisation of at least two major events per year (e.g., webinars, bootcamps, or community events).
- Help manage event feedback forms and surveys, ensuring they are prepared in advance and completed by participants during or after events.
Monitoring and improvement
- Support the collection and organisation of programme feedback and evaluation data.
- Assist the team in reviewing insights from feedback to improve future programmes.
- Contribute ideas to help strengthen programme quality and community engagement.
