As we continue to rapidly expand, we are on the lookout for an experienced recruiter with a successful proven track record of billing, specifically within the Space & Defence sectors with a focus on permanent positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, role requirements, and desired candidate profiles for Space & Defence positions.
  • Source, attract, and engage with qualified candidates using diverse channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and recruitment databases.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and internal policies during the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities using the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other tools.
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
