WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

✅ Building and managing your own client relationships

✅ Sourcing and placing candidates in roles that match their skills and ambitions

✅ Handling the full 360 recruitment cycle, end to end

✅ Growing your desk with autonomy and support

You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own workload, support when needed, and a clear structure for progression and reward.

Working Model: 5 days in office
