WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Assisting high-level candidates to find amazing new opportunities on a global scale
• Sourcing and qualifying candidates for roles within our niche business areas, conducting telephone interviews
• Reviewing CV’s, interviewing and prepping candidates for roles
• Producing job adverts for relevant platforms
• Attending business meetings and exhibitions with Senior Consultants to assist in generating new business (Europe, USA, China)
• Smashing targets out the park to earn uncapped commission!

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

• Motivated individuals who are money hungry and keen to advance their career
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, visionary mindset. We do not need you to possess previous sales/recruitment experience we just want you to want to best the best at what you do
• Eager to learn with a genuine interest in new technologies and clean technology
• ‘Hunter’ mentality with a chameleon-like personality who will be comfortable communicating with candidates/clients at all levels
