As an Education Consultant, you will drive new and cross-sell revenue within your pipeline and territory by engaging key decision-makers and understanding their needs. You will generate leads, build strong relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators by promoting TNC (The National College), CM (Compliance Management), and PD (People Development).
- Conduct high-volume outreach, including daily calls and prospecting via LinkedIn and other tools, to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing deals.
- Manage sales opportunities effectively while adhering to established sales processes.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Use social media and attend events to support marketing efforts, enhance brand visibility, and generate leads.
- Execute sales strategies to maximise cross-selling opportunities across the product portfolio.
