- Researching and identifying new business opportunities
- Qualifying opportunities from both inbound and outbound activity
- Booking meetings for the sales team and sharing pre-meeting notes
- Supporting the wider commercial team with pipeline development
- Thinking creatively about how to reach the right people
- Keeping Salesforce CRM activity organised and up to date
- Working towards activity metrics and targets
The package
- Fully remote working
- 4.5-day working week – Friday afternoons off!
- Genuine progression opportunities
- Lots of on-the-job training and support from an experienced team
- The chance to build a career with a well-established, reputable company (30+ years in business)
- Work with schools and education organisations all over the world
To be successful, you will...
- Be confident, personable and commercially minded
- Be comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Enjoy a challenge and be motivated by hitting targets
- Be confident picking up the phone and starting conversations
- Be resilient and able to handle rejection
- Think creatively and be willing to try new approaches
- Be proactive, organised and take ownership
- Be keen to learn, develop and build a genuine career in sales
