The company is looking for a highly capable, intelligent PA to support the CEO of a growing startup. This is not a passive admin role. You will own the CEO's inbox end-to-end, deciding what matters, acting on it, and protecting time and attention. You'll be trusted to reply on the CEO's behalf, manage communication flow, and ensure nothing important falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities- Inbox Ownership
- Full responsibility for managing the CEO's inbox
- Drafting and sending replies on the CEO's behalf
- Filtering noise from signal
- Escalating only what truly matters
- Switching between fast triage and deep, thoughtful responses based on context
- Clear, professional email communication with customers and partners, internal team, advisors and stakeholders
- Chasing responses and following up until things are closed
- Calendar management where relevant
- Prioritising tasks and reminders
- Keeping commitments visible and under control
- Helping the CEO stay focused on the highest-impact work
- Taking initiative on anything that removes friction from the day
