Are you a talented, super-ambitious full-stack developer? Excited by building solutions to real-world challenges? Motivated by owning shares in a high-growth business? Their mission is to unify the fragmented landscape of school technology through intelligent, human-centred design. By replacing disconnected silo systems with one seamless platform, they restore joy to teaching, strengthen connections between schools and families, and empower students to take ownership of their learning journey.
They partner with educators to build software that serves people, not the other way around. Schools are often stuck juggling siloed systems that don’t talk to each other, creating frustration, duplication, and wasted time. Now, they’re scaling that approach across schools more broadly, building tools that bring activities, communication, and data together into a single intuitive platform.
Their distinctiveness lies in their world-class technical talent, producing elegant software solutions, a profound passion for education's transformative potential beyond the core curriculum, and their impatience with inefficient systems that hinder children's potential. They’re hiring their second full-stack developer to work closely with their experienced Lead Developer and CPO to supercharge their development capacity.
The role will involve quickly building and evolving areas of the platform, with a focus on customer success. This role is central to enhancing platform adoption, and to this end, the first few months will be spent working closely with schools to help onboard, train and increase adoption. The role comes with a high degree of ownership and will be rewarding for an individual who can proactively apply their technical prowess to adapt our platform to help customers.
Provide technical support as needed, ensuring rapid, effective issue resolution to enhance satisfaction and drive platform adoption. It is suited to someone who wants a stake in a business and is relentless in the pursuit of growth.
The package:
- £60,000 salary
- A stake in the success of the company through share options
- Fast-growing company with plenty of room for progression
- 34-days holiday, including bank holidays
- Uncapped training and development budgets
- Vibrant team with regular socials, like pool, darts and drinks
