The role

As an International Education Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and cross-selling within your assigned territory or region. You will engage with key decision-makers across schools and groups to understand their unique challenges and recommend tailored membership options that meet their needs.


This role focuses on the European and US regions.

Day to day includes:

  • Develop and execute a plan to generate new leads and expand market presence in assigned international territories.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators through the promotion of the company’s products.
  • Conducting high-volume outreach to establish and maintain a strong sales pipeline and secure deals, including prospecting via LinkedIn or prospecting tools - manage end-to-end sales process.
  • Understand regional education trends, policies, and procurement processes to effectively position the company’s products.
  • Effective management of sales opportunities and adherence to established sales processes
  • Delivering platform demonstrations to showcase product features during the sales process
  • Providing accurate individual forecasts for revenue and opportunity tracking
  • Maintaining detailed and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot) for efficient administration
  • Leveraging social media for marketing communication and attending events to enhance brand visibility and lead generation
  • Collaborate with the team and other departments to achieve business goals.
  • Execute sales provided strategies that maximise cross-selling opportunities across the profile of products
  • Work and collaborate with colleagues and the team manager on approach, accurate forecasting and growth.
  • Arrange and attend visits to your allocated territories to visit schools, groups and attend events.

The package

To be successful, you’ll have…

  • Experience selling to international education markets
  • Demonstrated success in outbound/inbound sales roles, with a track record of surpassing targets in the Education or SaaS sectors
  • Experience in the full sales cycle, including email outreach, lead identification
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to influence diverse customer needs
  • Proficiency in closing sales effectively and securing customer commitment
  • A detail-oriented approach with strong time management skills
  • A proactive and results-driven approach and dedicated to achieving goals
  • Resilience and tenacity when confronted with challenges
  • A quick grasp of market dynamics, competitor activities, and company solutions
  • A collaborative mindset and committed to customer satisfaction and organisational success
