About the Role

In this role, you’ll play a key part in designing, developing, and maintaining both inbound and outbound integrations, while ensuring these connections are elegantly presented through intuitive web interfaces. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design, develop, and maintain API integrations and related systems (inbound/outbound).
  • Build and enhance web interfaces using modern frameworks.
  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable development tasks.
  • Collaborate with testers to ensure all solutions are robust, reliable, and release-ready.
  • Participate in client and team meetings, presenting technical solutions in accessible, positive ways.
  • Stay ahead of technical trends, sharing new ideas and development practices with the wider team.
  • Mentor and support junior developers, contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience as a back-end developer, with strong technical foundations.
  • 2+ years’ experience writing unit tests during development.
  • Proven expertise in .NET Core 9+, SQL 2022, MVC, C#, and API management.
  • Working knowledge of Angular 16+ (or strong willingness to learn).
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, with an analytical and detail-oriented approach.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — you can translate technical into “human.”
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
  • Experience using tools like SourceTree, BitBucket, JIRA, TeamCity, Octopus, IIS, and Windows Server 2019/2022.
