Our client is a DfE-accredited, Ofsted-outstanding training company providing apprenticeships, professional development and the DfE’s ‘Golden Thread’ (trainee teachers to school Executive Leaders). The company strongly believes that every child should benefit from an excellent education regardless of their background. To achieve that, they support and train the educational professionals who work alongside them to be the best they can be, so in turn, they can transform the lives of children and young people.
The company is looking for an experienced sales professional to step into the Head of Sales role. In this role, you’ll be responsible for recruiting, training, and overseeing the performance of multiple teams to hit the company's annual targets. Additionally, you will develop and implement effective sales strategies. You will need to be comfortable setting monthly and quarterly sales targets and effectively driving the teams to achieve.
Stay informed about company policies and recruitment strategies. Utilize Excel, Power BI, CCRM, and SPIRIT to create meaningful reports and data that support the department and highlight our status to stakeholders, including Senior Leadership Team (SLT) members. Collaborate with marketing and partnership teams to proactively seek new partner organizations and opportunities, expanding the program's offerings.
