Citizens Advice Newcastle is seeking a motivated Debt and Money Adviser or Trainee Debt and Money Adviser to help people in Newcastle navigate debt, budgeting and creditor negotiations.
You will assess financial circumstances, provide guidance across face-to-face, telephone and email channels, and support clients to improve their financial wellbeing with ongoing casework and client support. Training is provided for trainees.
