The Role
As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an Adminsitrative Assistant to join our Central Scotland based team (Larbert) and support our Managing Director.
The position is office-based, 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Part-time applicants could also be considered for this position and shouldenquire directly.
The role is suited tosomeone with office experience who is organised, proactive with a ‘can do’attitude who enjoys meeting challenges.
This is a unique opportunity, that will hopefully challengeyou whilst enabling growth of our business.
The Candidate
The preferred candidate will be hardworking and enthusiastic withexcellent interpersonal skills and a clean and tidy appearance.
They should be comfortable working in anoffice environment as part of a small team willing to help out with projectdelivery.
No formal qualifications are required as full-on-the-jobtraining will be provided, along with mentor support. An interest in planning subjects would beadvantageous.
The role would suit someone from an administrative /executive support background with excellent organisational experience, willingto develop or expand their capabilities into new horizons.
- Role Responsibilities
- Diarymanagement of senior staff including scheduling, supporting meeting attendance, preparation and distribution of meeting minutes.
- Businesstrip organisation including making travel reservations and bookings.
- Managementof office front desk including incoming calls.
- Managementof day-to-day office operation.
- Web-baseddata research, data analysis and reporting duties in support of projectdelivery.
- Contributionsto Quality Management of written reports, undertaking reviews and makingcorrections as required.
- Socialmedia management, content creation and marketing.
