Qualifications:
  • Good Standard of Education.
  • NVQ in care or willingness to train towards one.
  • Commitment to working with differing customer groups and needs.
  • Enthusiastic and enabling attitude.
  • Respects rights and wishes of people at all times.
  • A calm and caring person who enjoys helping others.
  • Reliable, organised and trustworthy.
  • Pro-active, can use initiative.
