Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities across electrical building services systems.
- Respond to and complete reactive maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
- Identify maintenance requirements, raise works where necessary, and follow through to completion.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are accurately documented and completed in line with compliance requirements.
- Support the safe and efficient operation of critical building infrastructure.
- Work closely with the wider engineering and facilities teams to maintain operational excellence.
Essential Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience within Building Services, Facilities Management, or a similar maintenance environment.
- Strong electrical maintenance knowledge and fault-finding ability.
- Relevant electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ, Apprenticeship, or equivalent).
- Experience carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance activities.
- Ability to manage tasks from identification through to completion and documentation.
Desirable Experience
- Mechanical maintenance knowledge.
- Experience working within critical environments, data centres, banking, or corporate office facilities.
