We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading global organisation, supporting a prestigious investment banking client within a high-profile corporate office environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring building services systems are maintained to the highest standards while delivering exceptional service within a fast-paced corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities across electrical building services systems.
  • Respond to and complete reactive maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
  • Identify maintenance requirements, raise works where necessary, and follow through to completion.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are accurately documented and completed in line with compliance requirements.
  • Support the safe and efficient operation of critical building infrastructure.
  • Work closely with the wider engineering and facilities teams to maintain operational excellence.

Essential Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven experience within Building Services, Facilities Management, or a similar maintenance environment.
  • Strong electrical maintenance knowledge and fault-finding ability.
  • Relevant electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ, Apprenticeship, or equivalent).
  • Experience carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance activities.
  • Ability to manage tasks from identification through to completion and documentation.

Desirable Experience

  • Mechanical maintenance knowledge.
  • Experience working within critical environments, data centres, banking, or corporate office facilities.
