- Proactively contact customers to generate repeat business and identify future requirements
- Prepare and follow up quotations, converting enquiries into sales orders
- Process orders and maintain accurate customer records
- Coordinate product samples and customer requests
- Work closely with production and internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met
- Maintain and update CRM and sales systems
- Support marketing campaigns and follow up generated leads
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
About You

- Previous experience in internal sales, inside sales, account management, customer service, sales support, or business development
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and commercially minded approach
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence preparing quotations and managing customer enquiries
- Experience using CRM or ERP systems
- A positive attitude and desire to develop a career in sales
Experience within manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or technical products would be beneficial but is not essential.
