You’ll be based in Barnsley , working from a modern office environment within a leading manufacturing facility . This is a high-volume, high-impact inside sales role perfect for someone with telesales or customer service experience who’s ready to take their next step in B2B sales.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with independent customers
- Manage incoming leads, prepare quotations, and follow up on opportunities
- Support field sales teams by identifying new prospects and upselling products
- Conduct proactive outreach to develop new business and expand customer accounts
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to deliver an excellent customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer-focused phone-based roles
- Confident communicator who can engage people quickly and build rapport
- Self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Commercially aware with a genuine interest in growing accounts and relationships
- Must be based in or around Barnsley
