Become a flexible Childcare Early Years Assistant. Role: Bank staff flexible working. Locations: W5, W4, W3, TW8, TW7. Hours: Flexible. Salary: £12-£13 P/H. Qualification: None.

As an Early Years Assistant you are preparing the next generation for the challenges ahead; teaching them to ask questions, take risks and be mindful of the people and the world around them. The Role
We are looking for a flexible Early Years Assistant who can choose the days that you work on a week-to-week basis and help fill our children\’s days with fun and wonder!
Responsibilities
- Delivering our \\\’Learning through play\\\’ ethos;
- Developing innovative activities to challenge our children;
- Building excellent relationships with children, parents and colleagues;
- Promoting child welfare and ensuring all safeguarding procedures are followed.
