The Role

Are you passionate about the role of innovation in driving growth in places? Could you lead on convening strategic national stakeholders around cross-sector challenges? Do you want to be part of an energised and mission-driven team? We are seeking a dynamic Innovation Districts Group Manager to lead efforts with members and the independent chair to shape and deliver the UK Innovation Districts Group (UK IDG). This network of leading Innovation Districts/hubs across the UK aims to coordinate and develop shared learning, influence policy, and promote inclusive innovation practices. The role involves developing impactful content, engaging with government, and developing sustainable services for the UK IDG by 2026. It is a core part of our Regional Delivery Team within the new Regional & Local Growth Directorate, supporting local innovation economies and shaping strategy for innovation in places.
