We are looking for a highly organised, hands-on Marketing Lead (fixed term) with a strong emphasis on marketing project management and end-to-end campaign delivery. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be the engine behind our marketing campaigns, responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing activity across the full marketing mix, from social media and email marketing to events coordination and basic website updates.

This role is ideal for a marketing generalist who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment with multiple projects running simultaneously. This is a pivotal conduit role, bridging internal business lines and specialist execution teams (Events, Content, and Project), ensuring marketing activity is aligned, well-coordinated, and delivered to a high standard.

As the primary driver of operational excellence, you will own the full lifecycle of marketing initiatives, from strategic planning through to execution and optimisation. You are not only a marketer, but a delivery lead who ensures campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and with measurable impact.
