We’re looking for a proactive Sales Specialist to join a high performing team focused on helping existing customers integrate with third-party payment platforms like Stripe, Worldpay, and Dojo. This isn’t your typical SDR role; it’s a commercially focused position where you’ll collaborate across internal teams, challenge external partners, and play a key part in reducing churn and increasing revenue share. If you thrive in high-activity, insight-driven environments and enjoy engaging with both clients and partners, this could be the opportunity for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading outbound outreach to existing customers not yet using integrated payment terminals.
- Driving third-party integrations with platforms such as Stripe, Worldpay, and Dojo.
- Identifying and addressing process gaps with providers and holding them accountable.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams (Mid-Market, Corporate, etc.) to improve lead flow.
- Working to reduce churn and increase payment volumes through integration.
What We’re Looking For:
- High-activity mindset.
- Proficiency in using HubSpot for automation, sequences, and CRM.
- Strong communication and accountability.
- SDR or Business development experience.
- Comfortable using technology to streamline outreach and drive action.
Ideal Candidate:
- You’ve worked in a Sales Development, Business Development, or Tech Sales role.
- You’re proactive, results-driven, and don’t need to be micromanaged.
- You know how to engage 3rd party partners and manage relationships.
- You bring energy and discipline to your outreach and follow-up.
- Experience in SaaS, financial services or third-party integrations is a plus.
What’s on Offer:
- Salary, with uncapped quarterly bonus tied to growth.
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off.
- Life Insurance, private medical & dental discounts, electric car lease scheme.
- Fully remote setup (occasional travel for onboarding, team meetings, or trade shows).
- Career progression opportunities.
