Connected MedTech is delighted to lead the search for a National Sales Manager position on behalf of a leading global manufacturer of medical devices. The role is a first-line management position and has responsibility for a team of approximately 8 sales professionals across the UK. We are looking for someone to lead and inspire the sales team and be a key point of contact for KOLs across the industry. It is a highly visible role in the field and will involve national (and occasional international) travel.
We are seeking to engage with highly credible sales management professionals with experience across medical devices, optics, dental or veterinary markets, ideally with experience across both NHS and private healthcare markets. We are looking for a hands-on leadership professional who is comfortable operating alongside colleagues on territory, offering support, coaching and guidance in order to optimise performance across the teams.
