What you will do in this role:

  • Support community engagement projects
  • Coordinate and track project activities, meetings and deadlines
  • Build strong relationships with VCSE organisations and partners and contribute to the delivery of contracts, grants and policy
  • Help gather insights, monitor performance and evaluate impact
  • Create clear communications, briefings and presentations
  • Organise events, workshops and engagement sessions
  • Support governance, processes, training and internal systems

What we are looking for:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Great communication skills — written and verbal
  • Experience supporting or coordinating projects
  • Ability to work with a range of partners and stakeholders
  • Good IT skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint)
  • A positive, flexible and proactive approach

Desirable: project management experience, public sector experience, or knowledge of commissioning and procurement.
