You’ll set the vision and lead the delivery of resilient, scalable platforms and services that enable seamless resident experiences and smarter ways of working. You’ll own our digital strategy and roadmap; strengthen cyber security, disaster recovery and business continuity; and accelerate automation, data and AI adoption where it adds real value.
You’ll lead a high-performing multidisciplinary team; embed user-centred design and agile delivery; and make sure we’re getting full value from strategic partners and suppliers, including contract and vendor management in a multi-vendor environment. You’ll bring strong market awareness and networks and the technical astuteness to judge the art of the possible, from modern platforms and integration to data governance, analytics and robotics.
About you
You’ll be an experienced digital leader with a track record of enterprise-scale transformation in complex organisations. You’ll combine expertise in cyber security, resilience and disaster recovery with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear strategy for senior stakeholders. You’ll have experience leading multidisciplinary teams and fostering an inclusive culture, alongside strong skills in supplier and contract management.
You’ll understand data governance, analytics and automation, and you’ll be alert to sector trends and networks such as LOTI and SOCITM. Above all, you’ll balance risk and value, align investment to organisational priorities and champion user-centred design and evidence-based improvement.
