As the project Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the health, safety and quality of all on site works across the network. Conducting inspections, audits, sign‑off certificates for work completion and supporting ongoing maintenance. You will work closely with both the HSQC and installation teams to identify and mitigate risks and ensure works are conducted in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspecting construction works including conducting audits and comparing them with project drawings and specifications.
- Ensuring that construction works adhere to all safety regulations and that all activities prioritize safety.
- Advise on technical issues where required.
- Liaising with installers and surveyors.
- Producing regular reports to update the client and business.
- Identifying and documenting any discrepancies between the work and the project specifications and ensuring they are rectified.
- Working with the HSQC Department to ensure all health and safety, legal, construction and quality requirements are met.
- Certifying all works in line with health, safety and quality requirements.
- Approving quality of works for payment.
- Attending key meetings with Installation Partners, DNO and other relevant external parties to provide support and technical advice.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- NRSWA Street Works Supervisor
- Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) course: Site Safety Plus
- SHEA Power or equivalent – Supervisor Level
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams.
- Full clean Driving licence required.
