Job Description

Business Analyst

We have an excellent permanent opportunity for a dynamic & highly skilled Business Analyst to be involved in a good variety of business & systems projects – some of large scale and complex in nature – supporting our client with the implementation of complex change & continuous improvement, across new & existing business systems, processes and standardising ways of working.

We’re looking for Business Analysts with

  • Experience of working in data related projects (i.e. data migration between systems)
  • Strong process design and re-engineering skills including process mapping (Visio or other business process modelling tools)
  • Experience of using industry standard methods, techniques and business change tools such as BPMN, Use Cases, SWOT analysis, Five Why’s, Lean Six Sigma principles and methodology and wireframes
  • Experience of delivering business analysis and IT change to achieve process improvements, cost savings and remove inefficiencies
  • Capable of working with various levels of business stakeholders and building relationships with different areas of the organisation
