We are working with a valued client in the not-for-profit sector to hire a Digital Products Lead (Oracle). This is a key management role, and the new hire will own and be accountable for all Digital Products in the corporate domain, primarily focused on Oracle HCM and Oracle ERP.
Role Responsibilities:
- Be accountable for the strategy and roadmap for digital products
- Maintain knowledge and expertise in emerging technologies, particularly around Oracle HCM and ERP/EPM
- Manage and develop the DevOps squad across the corporate domain
- Be accountable for service performance and change delivery across digital products
- Vendor and partner management through proactive relationship building
- Manage key risks and issues across assigned modules and business areas
- Be accountable for the audit and compliance of the system, ensuring good practice is met in accordance with Group policy
- Be accountable for information security including data protection for all digital products
Experience Required:
- Experience of developing high performing teams
- Broad knowledge of technologies and methodologies across Digital Products, Cyber and Infrastructure
- Experience of managing ERP systems such as Oracle
- Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile and DevOps methodologies
- Extensive Oracle Cloud knowledge across HCM, Financials and EPM
- Experience of working with Oracle as a vendor and with an implementation partner
The role can mostly be delivered remotely, with only very occasional presence required in the Liverpool office.
