About The Role
Working within the Coordination team, the Senior Team Lead supports the Community Care Managers and Service Managers in overseeing service quality, achieving company objectives, and maintaining compliance with the Quality Assurance Policy.
This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including Community Care Managers, Local Authorities, Service Users, next of kin, healthcare professionals, and training to enhance service delivery and development.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide support and guidance to the coordination team to ensure Connected Health clients receive the best outcomes.
- Support the team and assist them in learning, development, and high standards.
- Be knowledgeable of Connected Health's policies and procedures, ensuring adherence for a safe working environment.
- Promote Connected Health’s aims and values.
- Oversee coordination procedures with other senior coordinators.
- Assist the Coordination Team Manager with day‑to‑day operations.
- Supervise the team in the absence of the Coordination Manager.
- Source and implement new packages, understanding capacities for clients and staff.
- Work with brokerages and Care Managers within Trusts to build relationships.
- Maintain accurate staff rotas for continuity of care.
- Compile reports for invoicing, payroll, and management.
- Set up new clients on the IT system, upload package details before the first call, ensuring packages are on the system by the end of the business day.
- Maintain client activity on the IT system.
- Be conversant with the Care Standards Act 2008 for Domiciliary Care Regulations, and other related legislation.
- Be aware of the company’s Quality Assurance Policy.
- Represent the company professionally in all communications.
- Answer telephones promptly and respond politely.
- Maintain confidentiality and carry out the confidentiality policy.
- Report safeguarding issues to the Coordination Manager.
- Continuously improve service delivery.
- Participate in company‑wide projects.
- Carry out other tasks as required by the company.
