This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll play an important part in maintaining compliance, supporting our frontline teams and ensuring the smooth flow of information across the business. From managing records and preparing reports to supporting inspections and engaging with staff, you'll help us maintain the high standards that underpin the care we deliver. - Reporting and Performance: Prepare monthly and annual reports, compile KPI data and support the production of updates and summaries for Senior Management.
- Inspections and Audits: Assist with preparation for annual inspections, ensuring documentation is complete and teams are supported in meeting required standards.
- NISCC Registration: Manage NISCC applications and monitor registration requirements across the business.
- Operational Support: Work closely with Area Managers to support compliance, resolve administrative issues and improve operational processes.
- Staff Engagement and Retention: Maintain regular communication with frontline staff, listen to concerns and work with relevant managers to identify appropriate support and solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify communication gaps, troubleshoot issues and elevate concerns when necessary to help improve processes and service delivery.
